ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Flight Safety Foundation has scheduled a free, two-day workshop in Manila on Aug. 9–10 to discuss how the Foundation sees the world of aviation safety and how methods of improving safety have changed. The workshop will be held at the Manila Marriott Hotel as part of the Foundation’s Global Safety Information Project (GSIP).
“Our GSIP research has resulted in a comprehensive collection of common risk management tools,” said Mark Millam, the Foundation’s vice president, technical, and GSIP project leader. “Now we are putting together a workshop in Manilla to discuss GSIP and what we’ve learned with industry stakeholders.”
