Flight Safety Foundation Launches Global Safety Information Project Webinar Series

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Flight Safety Foundation is launching a series of four webinars to review progress on its Global Safety Information Project (GSIP) and to discuss, and provide access to, the Foundation’s draft GSIP toolkits. With its GSIP toolkits, the Foundation is working to describe the most effective ways of gathering, analyzing, sharing and protecting safety data and information.

Each of the four webinars will be held twice for the convenience of GSIP participants, Foundation members and aviation stakeholders in the Pan America and Asia-Pacific regions. The first webinar is scheduled for 1800 GMT on Tuesday, May 16, and it will be repeated at 0200 GMT on Wednesday, May 17.

Subsequent webinars are scheduled for the following dates:

  • Tuesday, June 27, at 1800 GMT and Wednesday, June 28, at 0200 GMT
  • Tuesday, July 25, at 1800 GMT and Wednesday, July 26, at 0200 GMT
