Flight Safety Foundation Hires New CFO

Alexandria, VA, January 10, 2006 — The Flight Safety Foundation (FSF) announced today that Penny Young has joined the staff as the Chief Financial Officer as of January 3, 2006.

“Penny will be a wonderful addition to our staff,” commented FSF CEO Stuart Matthews. “She brings years of experience and an enthusiasm for this position that assures us that this will be a great fit. In addition, her expertise at a trade association is a real bonus for us.”

Ms. Young is a Certified Public Accountant and has held accounting positions for more than 20 years. Prior to joining the Flight Safety Foundation, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors National Association. She is a graduate of University of Maryland.
