How Do You Measure Safety?

Flight Safety Foundation is conducting a survey as part of its Global Safety Information Project to gain a deeper understanding of how the international aviation industry monitors safety performance. Specifically, the Foundation wants to know how airlines/aircraft operators and other organizations identify, monitor and update safety performance indicators and targets, and what tools and techniques are used for collecting, analyzing and sharing safety performance information.
