FSF Welcomes easyJet as Newest Member

Alexandria, VA – Flight Safety Foundation announced today that European low-fare carrier easyJet has joined as a member of the Foundation. easyJet’s membership will support the Foundation’s safety programs.

“easyJet is a welcome addition to our membership. The airline flies more than 68 million  passengers throughout Europe every year and has a core value of safety,” stated Jon Beatty, president and CEO of Flight Safety Foundation. “As the largest airline in the U.K., easyJet’s membership in the Foundation demonstrates their commitment to safety and we are pleased to welcome them.”

easyJet is one of Europe’s leading airlines offering a unique combination of route networks connecting Europe’s primary airports. It has a fleet of more than 230 aircraft and operates over 700 routes throughout Europe, including strong positions in key airports at Europe’s major cities.
