Over 50 million passengers travelled on Emirates last year to its global network of over 150 destinations, and as the passenger and destination count continue to grow, managing safety at the airline inevitably becomes even more critical. Capt. Mark Burtonwood, vice president of flight safety at Emirates, shares how he and his team implement and maintain a culture of safety.
