Flight Safety Foundation submitted a working paper on pilot training and competency for consideration at the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) 40th Triennial Assembly, as well as information papers on the applications and benefits of space-based ADS-B and the criminalization of accident and incident investigations. The Foundation was represented at the event, held Sept. 24–Oct. 4 in Montreal, by President and CEO Dr. Hassan Shahidi and Vice President, Technical, Mark Millam.
